Shipping within India

Orders above ₹5,000 ship free within India. Orders below this carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within India only, and every order is prepaid; cash on delivery is not offered. Below are our current timelines and delivery details.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on your pincode and location. Shipping timelines are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather or operational issues sit outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email or SMS carrying:

• Your tracking number
• Courier partner details
• A link to track the shipment

Taxes

The price you see is the price you pay. There are no additional taxes or hidden charges at checkout.

Non-serviceable areas

If our courier partners cannot service your pincode, our customer care team will contact you to work out an alternative.

Delivery issues

If anything goes wrong with a delivery, write to us straight away with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
